You will handle vendor invoices, payments, invoicing customers, posting receipts, and reconciling accounts, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with accounting/finance, or three years related accounting experience.
• Great Plains and DocLink experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hybrid work schedule and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Accounts Payable functions including vendor inquiries, invoice matching, approvals, and payments.
• Manage Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and posting receipts.
• Reconcile invoices with receivers, POs, and contracts; resolve variances.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reporting; assist with annual audit.
• Maintain vendor files, 1099 status, and portal access; ensure confidentiality.
• Post journal entries for accruals and reclasses; handle rent payments and lease-related tasks.
