Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Massachusetts to oversee before/after school programs, ensuring safety, engagement, and quality. The role involves coordinating staff, communicating with families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Schedule: Monday–Friday split shifts (morning 7:10–8:30, afternoon 3:30–6:00). Pay range $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with benefits and room for growth as education and experience support.

Qualifications

• Experience prioritizing competing needs while delivering quality service.
• Knowledge of child development or related field is preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and joy standards and coach staff to ensure program quality.
• Engage with families and partners; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Document attendance, check-ins/check-outs, and stay compliant with policies.
• Deliver daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment.
