Zusammenfassung

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Affordable Housing Specialist to support administration and compliance across multiple communities. You will manage income certifications, recertifications, and audits while working with on-site teams to ensure program compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires knowledge of HUD and Fair Housing regulations, plus two years in affordable housing administration. A C3P certification is required, with opportunities to advance within a growing nationwide

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of affordable housing administration or compliance experience.
• Experience processing income certifications and recertifications within affordable housing programs.
• Knowledge of HUD and Fair Housing regulations.
• C3P course or equivalent affordable housing/tax credit certification required.

Aufgaben

• Complete resident income certifications for move-ins, annual renewals, and other required recertifications.
• Review income documentation, third-party verifications, lease paperwork for compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to on-site teams during new lease-ups and move-ins for compliance.
• Respond to audit inquiries by gathering docs and coordinating with on-site teams.
• Generate monthly recertification and renewal notices and coordinate with sites.
• Research and confirm jurisdictional regulations for rent adjustments and renewals.
• Coordinate Section 8 documentation with Housing Authorities and teams.
• Manage waitlists, applicant communications, and occupancy adherence.
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance records.
