Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a detail-oriented Affordable Housing Specialist to administer and ensure compliance across a portfolio of communities. You will manage resident certifications, coordinate recertifications, support audits, and serve as a resource for on-site teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has experience with HUD, Fair Housing, and affordable housing programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of affordable housing administration or related experience.
• Knowledge of HUD and Fair Housing regulations.
• C3P course certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident income certifications for move-ins, annual renewals, and recertifications.
• Review income docs, third-party verifications, and lease paperwork for compliance.
• Support audits and coordinate with on-site teams to resolve findings.
• Coordinate Section 8 documentation for move-ins and renewals with Housing Authorities.
• Maintain accurate resident files and compliance records.
