Job summary

Diversify Bx is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services in home, community, center and school settings. You will collect data, report to supervision, and collaborate with families to support treatment plans.

The role emphasizes safety, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing training; travel within 25 miles may be required. High school diploma required; CA driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPR or BLS Certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician Credential preferred.
• NPI Number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Implement prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors every session.
• Maintain client data in home by updating program data sheets on the online platform.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Attend staff trainings to maintain and acquire ABA knowledge.
• Achieve position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
