Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead supervision of center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Minnesota. You will ensure quality treatment and adherence to care standards.

You will supervise clinical staff, collaborate with families and teams, and contribute to program development and funding processes while delivering developmentally appropriate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or state license as a behavior analyst.
• Minimum of 1 year experience delivering ABA services to clients with autism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment programs and supervision of clinical staff.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality.
• Coordinate with families, centers, and insurers to ensure funding.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills.
