Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will supervise staff, ensure quality treatment, coordinate with families and providers, and help with insurance authorizations and reporting to funding sources.

A state license or BCBA credential is required, with at least one year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed equivalent (state requirements apply).
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on QET measures.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
