Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Eagan, MN. You will ensure quality treatment and adherence to standards while guiding clinical staff.

• BCBA certification or state licensure as a behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to maintain high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and certification progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
