Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Spring, TX. The RBT will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols under BCBA supervision, serving children with autism in home, clinic, school and community settings.

Responsibilities include data collection, parent training support, and applying ABA techniques such as incidental teaching and reinforcement strategies to improve social, communication and self-care skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of direct relevant experience with youth and families.
• OR Associate’s degree (60 credits) and 2 years of direct relevant experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies with direct therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques such as reinforcement and incidental teaching.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions.
• Reinforces positive behavior with children on caseload.
