BrightBridge ABA in Wake Forest, NC seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans under BCBA supervision across home, school, or community settings.

This role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBAs, ongoing training, and a supportive team that values growth, flexibility, and ethical, trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members during supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and build rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines while delivering high-quality care.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
