Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in North Carolina is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA and supporting each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children during therapy sessions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and training.
• Support clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
