Job summary

BrightBridge ABA Bolivia, North Carolina, United States seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBAs and supporting each client’s unique goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degrees preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans, collect data, and implement ABA protocols as directed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or communities as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families; build rapport and foster positive therapy experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
