Alora Behavioral Health is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician in California to work one-on-one with clients, helping them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. The role offers paid training, supervision, and a mix of part-time and full-time options with potential weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include data collection, session delivery under BCBA direction, caregiver training support, and ensuring timely notes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings; sessions typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; travel time compensated.
• Pre‑employment: Background check, TB tests, fitness exam, and proofs of immunity to MMR/Varicella.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work across home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per company policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical ABA standards and company procedures.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
