Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help achieve developmental milestones and improve quality of life. This role offers hands-on experience in behavioral health, with opportunities for growth and supervision hours for qualifying candidates.

You will deliver ABA services, collect data, and collaborate with Supervisors and BCBA on treatment plans, while maintaining ethical standards and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: currently enrolled in college or some college coursework.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm–8:00 pm typically).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (reimbursement for travel time).
• Background checks, TB tests, pre-employment Physical/Fit for Duty, immunities proof required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals throughout sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually; submit timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.

Education
