Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of work experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Availability: 15+ hours per week in afternoons/evenings; sessions typically 3:00 pm–8:00 pm.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Background check, TB tests, pre-employment physical, and immunities as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision/BCBA.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Arrive on time for sessions and end on time.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps/shadowing.
