The City of Philadelphia, Office of Human Resources, seeks a full-time 3-1-1 Customer Service Representative to handle calls, walk-ins, facsimiles, emails and other inquiries in the 3-1-1 Center. You will determine the appropriate response and may initiate requests to the proper department for resolution.

This Open-Competitive examination invites individuals with at least a high school education and one year of customer service experience to join a dedicated public service team.

Qualifikationen

• GENERAL EXPERIENCE: One year of customer service experience receiving, processing, and responding to telephone calls, walk-ins, and electronic service inquiries in the City’s 3-1-1 Contact Center.

• This is full performance level customer service work receiving, processing and responding to inquiries from the public for non-emergency City services.
• Identify the type of service requested and determine the appropriate response, forwarding to the correct department as needed.
