PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of call center experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle inbound calls, provide accurate information, document interactions, and follow established procedures with a courteous demeanor. This temp-to-perm role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM workday, and hourly pay of $17.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests

• Follow established procedures and call handling guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed
• Maintain a positive and courteous attitude with every customer interaction
