Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum and TEA guidelines.
• Plan and deliver instruction reflecting diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student progress using formal and informal methods and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed for IEP goals.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Establish open communication with parents, students, and colleagues; participate in faculty meetings and committees.
