Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester is seeking a Senior Impact Strategist to lead data collection, analysis, and evaluation across the organization. You will drive data-informed decisions to improve client services and program outcomes, partnering with leadership and external partners.

The role emphasizes translating data into clear narratives, supporting culture of inquiry, and fostering continuous learning within a collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience.
• Graduate degree (MPH, MED, MPP, or related) preferred.
• Experience leading impact measurement in nonprofit or human services.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and change management capabilities.
• Passion for social justice and poverty alleviation.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise and leadership to expand data collection, analysis, reporting, and evaluation of client services.
• Lead design and adoption of tools and processes supporting data-driven decision-making and organizational strategy.
• Translate data into actionable insights through data storytelling for executives, program leaders, and the Board.
• Strengthen capacity to ensure services deliver the best outcomes for clients.
• Champion a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous learning.
