America Needs You is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Impact to lead program data, impact measurement, evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement. This hands-on role runs data collection, QA, surveys, analysis, and dashboards, partnering across departments to strengthen programs and communicate impact.

The ideal candidate will translate findings into actionable recommendations, build trust with colleagues, and advance data infrastructure for national and regional work.

Qualifications

• Significant nonprofit data management experience.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong quantitative research methods and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data reviews, learn cycles, and decision-making with program teams and leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting for internal and external audiences.
• Strengthen data governance, definitions, and quality across departments.
