Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist seeks a Director of Data and Analytics to establish data infrastructure and lead a team across OEM initiatives. You will surface mission impact, donor data, digital analytics, and engagement metrics to guide decisions and resource allocation.

You will collaborate with executives to translate complex data into actionable insights, build repeatable analytics, and advocate data-driven improvements across ministries.
