Job summary

The Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Director of Data and Analytics to lead OEM data strategy, governance, and dashboards. You will surface insights to guide mission initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.

You will manage the data team, collaborate with Communications and Apostolic Initiatives, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership, ensuring data integrity and impact.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn about and serve the mission of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist.
• Proficiency in SQL and data tools; experience with the current CRM Virtuous.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and governance across OEM initiatives.
• Own quarterly reporting and surface trends, with targets vs. actuals.
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Establish shared data definitions and standards across initiatives.
• Develop and mentor the data analytics team as OEM matures.
