Catholic Charities is hiring a Senior Impact Strategist in Rochester for a full-time onsite role. You will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve client service delivery across the organization.

You will translate insights into actionable narratives for executive leadership, program leaders, and the Board, driving evidence-based decision making and continuous learning. Travel within the service region is required.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data management, and reporting.
• Experience leading impact measurement, evaluation, or program performance in complex nonprofit or human services organizations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
