Job summary

Johns Hopkins University seeks an Associate Director of Stewardship and Donor Engagement to develop and produce stewardship pieces for major donors, in partnership with DAR leaders. This role will execute the vision for engagement initiatives, strengthening donor relations and inspiring continued giving through impactful reports and personalized communications.

The Associate Director will oversee the creation of donor impact reports, manage volunteer engagement activities, and leverage CRM data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; additional education may substitute for experience as applicable.
Minimum three years related experience, with at least two years professional-level work.
Experience with donor relations, stewardship, or volunteer engagement is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce stewardship deliverables (reports, videos, pieces) for major donors.
Partner with DAR leaders to implement stewardship and engagement programs.
Write and design personalized donor impact reports and other materials.
Utilize CRM dashboards and reports to inform stewardship decisions.
Coordinate with volunteers, boards, and councils on engagement activities.
Manage and oversee stewardship projects and related communications.
