Harvard University’s Alumni Affairs and Development seeks a Director of Stewardship Reporting to lead a comprehensive donor impact reporting program in a higher education setting, translating institutional outcomes into compelling narratives that deepen donor engagement.

You will oversee annual reports for endowed funds, scholarships, research updates, and capital projects, collaborate with advancement colleagues, and mentor a team to ensure timely, accurate, and donor-centered communications

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in higher education advancement or donor relations.
• 8-10+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to translate data into narratives.
• Experience managing reporting for endowed funds and restricted gifts.
• Occasional night and weekend work; campus events in Cambridge, MA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement donor impact reporting strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Oversee annual endowed fund reports and donor impact summaries.
• Lead a high-performing donor reporting team and allocate resources.
• Ensure reports meet gift agreements and compliance.
• Collaborate with academic units to capture stories and outcomes.
• Support fundraising campaigns with impact narratives.
