Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an Associate Director of Donor Relations to lead stewardship and engagement for the DOM and Heart & Vascular Institute. The role partners with DAR to execute donor recognition, impact reporting, and volunteer engagement with a focus on aligning donor activities with fundraising goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, with preferred experience in higher education or academic medical centers and team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3 years related experience; substitution allowed per policy.
Experience in higher education or academic medical centers is a plus.
Experience managing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead donor relations, recognition programs, and volunteer engagement.
Develop stewardship plans, reports, and impact communications.
Partner with leadership to align stewardship with university priorities.
Maintain CRM data, pull reports, and analyze dashboards.
Oversee events and endowment stewardship for DOM and HVI.
Supervise staff as needed and participate in committees.
