Job summary

MNC Inspiring Success seeks a Workforce Projects Coordinator to supervise the lifecycle of development initiatives, from planning through completion. You will support the CPO, manage calendars, compile reports, and coordinate meetings.

The role involves overseeing staff and interns, grant pursuit, budgeting, and strengthening partnerships to advance program goals and workforce readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• AA Degree is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative support and project management experience; 3+ years as an executive assistant/board liaison preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Workforce Development Department and Family Resource Center, including staff and interns, deliverables, budgets and partnerships.
• Prepare high-level correspondence, manage calendars, and compile documents for meetings and projects.
• Identify project needs, research feasibility, and develop concepts aligned with the strategic plan.
• Draft grant proposals, budgets and timelines to pursue funding for new projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, work plans and assign tasks to team members.
• Create and update staff job duties and onboard/train new personnel as needed.
• Coordinate activities and provide guidance to foster collaboration across programs.
• Place interns with partner agencies and serve as point of contact between interns, partners and MNC.
