UIDP is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support execution of programs, initiatives, and grant-funded activities. The role spans multiple projects, providing coordination, administrative, logistical, and operational support to ensure progress and commitments are met.

The ideal candidate will manage priorities, deadlines, and communications with diverse stakeholders, turning plans into action within UIDP’s hybrid setup in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and operational support for multiple UIDP programs, initiatives, and special projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, task lists, and documentation.
• Track milestones, deliverables, action items, and deadlines; follow up with team members and partners.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, committees, webinars, workshops, and other activities.
• Prepare agendas, materials, notes, action-item summaries, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain organized program records, shared files, and participant information.
• Assist with participant recruitment, registration, onboarding, and engagement.
• Identify scheduling or administrative issues and work with staff to resolve them.
