Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania’s ImpactED seeks a Program & Evaluation Manager to lead capacity-building programs, oversee evaluation projects, and translate research into practice for client partners in education and public service.

You will manage multi‑stakeholder projects, facilitate learning experiences, analyze data, and contribute to strategic planning within ImpactED and Penn's School of Arts and Sciences, Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required; master's preferred.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and focus groups.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead participant recruitment and manage capacity-building program selection.
• Manage program workplans, timelines, and deliverables for timely implementation.
• Oversee vendor and contractor processes and onboarding.
• Develop clear materials for participants and partners, and manage events.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Conduct evaluations, write actionable reports, and support client needs.
• Improve internal systems, contribute to annual strategic priorities.
