About the Position

The Program & Evaluation Manager plays a key role intranslating ImpactED's approach into high‑quality programs andprojects. Working collaboratively with ImpactED staff, partners,participants, and other stakeholders, the Manager manages complexwork from planning through implementation, facilitates engaginglearning experiences, contributes to research and evaluation, andhelps strengthen the systems that support ImpactED's work.

Responsibilities

Program Management & Implementation

• Lead participant recruitment and manage the application andselection process for capacity‑building programs.
• Manage program workplans, timelines, and deliverables to ensurehigh-quality and timely implementation.
• Manage vendor and contractor processes, including setup andonboarding.
• Develop clear and engaging materials and communications forprogram participants and partners.
• Manage program and event logistics to create a seamless,high-quality participant experience.
• Facilitate practical, interactive learning experiences thatpromote application, peer learning, and a collaborative communityof practice.
• Plan and manage client and internal team meetings, includingdeveloping agendas, facilitating discussions, documentingdecisions, and coordinating follow‑up.

Evaluation Management & Implementation

• Manage evaluation project timelines and tasks.
• Manage logistics for data collection activities on externalevaluation projects, including focus group and interviewrecruitment and programming and administering surveys inQualtrics.
• Facilitate focus groups and interviews with diverse stakeholdergroups.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Write research and evaluation reports that are actionable andresponsive to client and community needs.

Strategy & Operations

• Develop and improve internal systems and processes thatstrengthen team efficiency, coordination, and organization.
• Contribute to organizational learning and continuousimprovement through regular data reviews, after-action reflections,and team planning.
• Collaborate with the ImpactED team to develop, implement, andmonitor annual strategic priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalentcombination of education and experience is required.; Master'sdegree preferred.
• Strong project and program management skills, with demonstratedability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and shiftingpriorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with theability to coordinate complex program and project logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, includingthe ability to communicate effectively with participants, partners,and colleagues.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, focus groups, orother interactive experiences.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative data collectionand analysis.
• Ability to synthesize information and communicate findingsclearly through written reports, presentations, and othermaterials.
• Ability to learn and use online platforms and systems thatsupport program and materials design, management, evaluation, andorganizational operations.
