Job summary

University of Pittsburgh seeks an Assessment and Evaluation Manager to provide strategic direction for education programs within the school and to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of courses and initiatives.

You will partner with faculty, administrators, and staff to drive best practices in program design, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with outcomes and accreditation standards. A hybrid work arrangement is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in program evaluation, survey administration, or assessment in higher education or K-12 education.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS, data collection and reporting.
• Ability to work with faculty and administrators and explain curriculum changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage course, clerkship, and program evaluation processes.
• Oversee curriculum mapping initiatives.
• Support student assessment administration.
• Coordinate evaluation surveys from creation to reporting.
• Analyze evaluation data to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare clear, actionable evaluation reports for faculty and leadership.
• Collaborate with related offices to align evaluation with program outcomes.
