Job summary

ECS is seeking a Data Analyst and Innovation Specialist to drive data-driven learning and innovation across programs in Philadelphia. You will manage data reporting for funders and internal learning, and lead Power BI reporting within the Learning and Evaluation department.

You will build tools, analyze data, and present insights to program leaders, mentoring staff in evaluation methods and data literacy in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent significant work experience in internal program evaluation, information management, and data reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel; strong Office Suite skills.
• Experience with case management software such as CaseWorthy or ETO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grant reporting management and data requests from funders.
• Lead creation of internal tools to enhance data learning and answer research questions.
• Present data analysis results clearly for diverse audiences.
• Manage Power BI access, permissions, and reporting.
• Own development and updates of Power BI dashboards for programs.
• Train staff to improve data literacy and support data-driven decision making.
• Coordinate with program directors to improve data reporting and use.
• Mentor staff on evaluation questions and data-driven approaches.
