Benchmark Human Services in the United States seeks a Program Director to supervise the Family Preservation Services program and collaborate with Department of Child Services, Juvenile Justice, and community partners. The role includes ensuring staff training, supervision, and adherence to federal and state requirements to support home-based services.

The position requires travel and flexible scheduling, with on-call duties to provide services and support while overseeing program operations,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling with 3+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• CPI or equivalent crisis de-escalation training certification.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification; valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support FPS program staff and ensure training and supervision per requirements.
• Maintain relationships with DCS, Juvenile Justice, and external providers.
• Oversee program fiscal management, including billing and records.
• Provide home-based services in line with licensure and policy.
• Facilitate wraparound, consultations and CFT meetings as needed.
• Ensure 24/7/365 availability and accurate time/attendance records.
• Ensure staff supervision and ongoing professional development.
• Review incident reports with supervisor and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DCS Standards and CARF standards.
