Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Family Preservation Services (FPS) Supervisor to oversee the FPS program operations in their county, promote the FPS philosophy, and ensure adherence to program policies while supporting in-home crisis intervention, counseling, and skill-building for families.

The FPS supervisor will supervise FPS Workers and Specialists, collaborate with families, partners, and agency staff to promote reunification, and require a Master’s degree, relevant experience, and a

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Education required.
• 5 years of proven experience in providing treatment services to families.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of child welfare and family support services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with families in crisis.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FPS program operations in their county and promote the FPS philosophy.
• Supervise and support FPS Workers and FPS Specialists in delivering in-home crisis intervention, counseling, and skill-building.
• Ensure adherence to FPS program policies and procedures and support reunification efforts with intensive services.
• Collaborate with families, community partners, and agency staff to promote effective services.
