Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or Social Science, or a related combination with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirements for DSS case management roles.
• Experience or substitution options for education requirements.
• Background in social services or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management in Family Preservation to ensure safety and well-being.
• Engage families with empathy; coordinate services and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate case records per DSS policy and CAPSS system.
• Collaborate with legal when safety concerns require action.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications.
