Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to assist students with self-help and mobility.
• Interest in working one-on-one with a student with significant needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with supervision of students in all instructional settings.
• Assist with behavior management techniques and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Maintain data as identified by teachers, IEP goals, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Assist with administration and scoring of tests and assignments.
