i2G Systems is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Field Operations Managers and Project Managers from award through project completion. You will help schedule resources, track tasks, and ensure PM reports are accurate for leadership.

The role includes liaising with PMs, Ops, Engineering and Sales, and assisting with kickoff and mobilization activities. Candidates should be self-starters with strong organizational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and track project tasks across regional offices.
• Assist with scheduling resources and updating project status reports.
