Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management in nonprofit or social sector
• Proven budget management and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects including logistics, administration, and resource management
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial compliance
• Lead, train, and motivate operational staff
• Ensure smooth delivery of programs and services and address operational challenges
