Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Program Development Officer to enhance charitable initiatives in the George region. This hybrid role blends strategic planning with hands-on program design, funding development, and impact delivery to address community needs.

You will design innovative solutions, secure resources, and coordinate with local stakeholders and the wider team to shape the organization’s programs and ensure measurable outcomes for beneficiaries and communities served.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development, project management, or a related role within the non-profit sector.
• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement new charitable programs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed project proposals for funding.
• Oversee setup and ongoing management of new programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure resources.
• Monitor program performance and produce reports on impact and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for program staff and beneficiaries.
