Job summary

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH to bring structure, accuracy, and proactive coordination to a fast-moving nonprofit service environment.

You will maintain records, track outcome data, support audits and billing, and provide leadership with reports and data to inform decisions. If you are highly organized, comfortable with databases and spreadsheets, and focused on compliance, this role offers meaningful work serving youth and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with databases/spreadsheets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program logs, databases, client files, and other records.
• Collect, organize, and track outcome data for the service area.
• Coordinate administrative functions including compliance, training, billing, and reconciliations.
• Learn and follow contractual obligations and internal policies.
• Respond to information, data, and audit requests accurately and promptly.
• Assist leadership with donation records, petty cash documentation, and training reports.
• Collaborate with other programs and service areas as needed.
