Outreach Works in Scranton, PA is seeking a Dress for Success Lead/Workforce Development Case Manager to provide direct case management to participants in the Workforce Development Program and lead the Dress for Success Greater Lackawanna operation.

You will manage a caseload up to 20, coordinate services, lead volunteers, supervise DFS staff, and partner with departments to ensure wraparound services; evening/weekend hours may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, workforce development, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience accepted.
• Two to three years of case management/workforce development experience preferred.
• Supervisory or lead capacity experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct case management to participants in the Workforce Development Program.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Dress for Success Greater Lackawanna.
• Lead volunteer coordination and supervise DFS staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure wraparound services.
• Maintain timely case notes and program data for reporting.
• Develop new DFS systems with guidance from the WFD Manager.
