Job summary

City Mission in Washington, PA seeks a Manager of Women’s Programs to oversee women’s programs, supervise RA and case consultations, and support residential services. You will develop strategies to improve residents’ lives and coordinate with the Career Center for vocational training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, counseling credentials desired, and a commitment to Christian values with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification in counseling and master’s degree highly desired.
• Committed Christian with a heart to assist broken individuals toward wholeness in Christ.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work at least one evening shift per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Women’s programs and support dorm houses.
• Provide supervision to RA program and case consultations.
• Develop individualized strategies to help residents transition to independent living.
• Coordinate with House Coordinators and Career Center for vocational support.
• Deliver 2–3 classes per week and assess residents.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting; participate in disciplinary meetings.
