Battelle Energy Alliance seeks a Manager, Prime Contract Performance & Administration at Idaho National Laboratory in Idaho Falls. The role oversees the Prime Contract performance, administration, and maintenance, reporting to the PCRM Senior Manager and coordinating with DOE on PEMP-related activities.

The position requires a Bachelor's in business or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, and a DOE Q clearance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 5 years of relevant experience; advanced degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in business discipline preferred and 2 years leadership experience preferred.
• Requires ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy 'Q' clearance and US Citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day performance, administration, and maintenance of the Prime Contract (M&O).
• Lead and deliver the annual Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP) and coordinate related reports.
• Identify and track enterprise risks to PEMP objectives and provide briefings to Lab leadership.
• Coordinate with SLT and PEMP writers to prepare Mid-Year and Close-Out reports.
• Prepare materials for performance appraisal meetings with DOE, including PowerPoint decks.
