Job summary

Battelle Energy Alliance seeks a Program Manager for INL's Nuclear Science & Technology directorate. You will oversee integrated programs, align strategy with budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary interface to executive stakeholders, including DOE programs and industry partners, ensuring top-quality execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor PMs, and balance resources across expanding projects while maintaining compliance with federal cost accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Level 4: Bachelor's degree with 9 years, or Master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate program vision, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage interdependencies and allocate resources across projects.
• Interface with DOE, DOD, and external partners for reviews and negotiations.
• Develop and manage multi-year budgets and cost pools.
• Identify and manage strategic risks with mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and functional leads.
• Directly manage scope, budget, and milestones for key projects.
