Job summary

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, and leadership of Project Managers, with a focus on delivering value across programs and individual projects. A strong emphasis on communication and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong program management experience and leadership ability.
• Demonstrated budget, schedule, and performance metric oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define program vision, objectives, and governance aligned with mission.
• Manage interdependencies, resources, milestones, and integration points.
• Interface with DOE and other stakeholders; lead reviews and negotiations.
• Develop multi-year budgets across funding sources; ensure cost accounting compliance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies across projects and programs.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers and mentoring to staff.
• Direct or support engineering projects related to facilities upgrades.
