Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex analyses and discovery efforts for delay and disruption claims in construction. You will supervise junior staff, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with attorneys and clients.

You will also draft expert reports and exhibits for arbitration or trial, while supporting business development through proposals and industry presentations. This role requires strong communication and scheduling expertise.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of experience in construction, office management, civil engineering, or claims consulting.
• Experience reviewing construction claims related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts; drafting expert reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery support, organize documents, and coordinate with expert team and client.
• Supervise junior consultants, manage daily workflows, perform quality-control on work, and oversee budgets and schedules.
• Engage clients and legal counsel, provide project updates, and participate in strategy meetings.
• Assist with drafting expert reports, rebuttals, and memos, and prepare visual exhibits for arbitration or trial.
• Support business development by assisting proposals, presentations, and client relationship building.
