Job summary

MBP (McDonough Bolyard Peck) seeks a Manager to lead analytical work and discovery efforts for construction delay and disruption claims. You will supervise junior staff, manage project timelines and budgets, and engage with clients and counsel to discuss findings and strategy.

The role requires experience in construction or claims consulting, with strong scheduling and database skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality workpapers and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills for internal leadership and clients.
• Discretion and attention to detail in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling concepts and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical analyses and discovery support; coordinate with expert team and client.
• Supervise junior consultants; manage workflows, quality control, budgets, and schedules.
• Act as point of contact for clients and legal counsel; provide status updates and meetings.
• Assist drafting expert reports, rebuttals, memos, and preparing visual exhibits for arbitration or trial.
• Support leadership in business development through proposals and industry presentations.
