MBP is seeking a Senior Manager - Construction Delay Claims to lead analysis, supervision, and client-facing work in a fast-paced disputes environment. The role focuses on delay and disruption claims in construction, with responsibilities spanning project oversight, expert reporting, and development of client-ready materials.

The position requires 6–12 years in construction or related fields, with strong scheduling, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Progress toward or attainment of professional licensure preferred.
• 6–12 years in construction, office management or claims consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analyses and manage large project portions or full projects.
• Supervise junior consultants; manage workflows and budgets.
• Engage with clients and legal counsel; provide status updates.
• Draft expert reports, rebuttals, and exhibits for arbitration or trial.
• Support business development with proposals and industry relationships.
