MBP is seeking a Manager - Construction Delay Claims to lead technical analyses on complex delay and disruption claims. You will supervise junior staff, manage project timelines and budgets, and serve as a client liaison with attorneys and government entities.

The role emphasizes expert reporting, data collection, and collaboration across teams to support arbitration or trial preparation. Requires 4–8 years in construction or disputes consulting and CPM scheduling proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• P.E. license or related certification preferred (e.g., CCM, PSP).
• 4–8 years experience in construction, office management, civil engineering, or claims consulting.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis & discovery support; oversee large parts of projects and document coordination.
• Manage junior consultants; oversee workflows, quality-control, budgets, schedules, and progress reporting.
• Client engagement: be a point of contact, provide status updates, and participate in strategy meetings.
• Draft expert reports, rebuttals, and memos; prepare visual exhibits for arbitration or trial; ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support business development: help prepare proposals and industry presentations; attend events.
• Actively participate in travel to MBP offices and client sites; stay updated on industry trends; perform other duties.
