Job summary

MBP is seeking a Senior Manager for Construction Delay Claims in the US. The role leads complex analyses, oversees discovery, and manages budgets and staff. You will act as a primary client contact and help draft expert reports and exhibits for arbitration or trial.

Requirements include 6–12 years in construction/claims, strong scheduling knowledge (Oracle P6, MS Project, Excel), and a P.E. or related certification preferred. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• P.E. license or similar certification preferred.
• 6–12 years in construction, claims, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and discovery efforts; own large project portions.
• Manage junior consultants and project schedules and budgets.
• Engage clients and prepare expert reports and exhibits.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
